It's actually not really what they say, as much as it is about their confidence. This is what people don't understand. You can say practically anything, as long as you sound confident about it.

Isn't that the point was to spew memes and see how they react? They're not doing it to be cool, they're doing it for the "lulz." And it takes major balls just to go up to random people and spew memes, which 90% of IRL people do not know about.
