I'm curious. I've got a school-related trip to Florida coming up, which, yes, means girls in bikinis.
The trip is in 2 weeks. I've nothing other than some tennis shoes, a jump rope, time, and determination/motivation.
I'm home at 3, so I've got time to do whatever I needs must do.
I eat pretty healthily.. oatmeal/orange/vitamin+mineral supplement/water in the morning, [turkey vs buffalo chicken] salad in the afternoon (with some cucumbers, tomatoes, and Italian dressing), a fruit-themed snack when I get home, and random dinners (trying to avoid carbs)).
In school we lift once a week (which I have to rely on for resistance-training until I can go to the gym in the summer), and do other various things in the morning.
~162lbs @ 6'
I want to know if I can make a noticeable difference in myself in 2 weeks with mainly cardio workouts; I also need to know [b]what to do[/b]. There's not much I can do in terms of equipment, either. Things like pushups/situps I can do fine.
[i][url=http://i33.tinypic.com/qx44f9.jpg]Reference pic[/url], yes, it's blurry, yes, it's bathroom, no, I don't care. And yes, I did get a haircut since then.[/i]
Any advice is appreciated, thank you!

I did. Consider this the "final stretch".
You can probably lose like 4lbs of bodyfat a fewlbs of waterweight and maybe a little bit of muscle
Doing what? Are my eating habits ok? Will the bit of resistance training I do at school keep the muscle I have?
You can't see any physical results in about 2 weeks. Hell you'd barley see them with steroids
Casus will probably have better dietary advice than me.
If you went on a 3 or 400 calorie deficit with a lot of cardio you could probably drop the fat. Make sure you get plenty of broteins so you don't wilt away though.
Oh, trying to lose weight. Well maybe. You will have to be dedicated for sure with wonderful eating habits. But same rules apply, you won't see drastic results
Being able to see results would be decent, but I suppose on a short notice it's nothing that could happen. A [url=http://www.fitwatch.com/qkcalc/caloriedeficitcalculator.php]deficit calculator[/url] says I need 2253 calories a day on a sedentary activity level..which I find hard to believe. My breakfast is less than 250, and my lunch less than the same.
0.
0 is how much you can accomplish. good luck with the ladies i guess.

daww :3
tbh you seem fairly lean already and even with a the best crash diet i know you wouldnt look any more different. you honestly wont gain any amount of muscle in two weeks that matters any bit . remember , the best way to get your willy touched is to pretend you have game w/ ladies
[editline]15th March 2011[/editline]
thats because we all know you dont have game
[editline]15th March 2011[/editline]
so just pretend , women are silly thigns they dont know the difference
[editline]15th March 2011[/editline]
BUT THATS NOT TO SAY THAT BECAUSE YOULL HAVE NO NOTICABLE EFFECTS IN TWO WEEKS YOU SHOULDNT START NOW ANYWAYS!! or after your vacation or w/e the hell youre doing
Only programs I've ever heard of which claim results after two weeks are those holywood crash diets. Drink 3 large cups of water with a teaspoon of syrup each day, and eat nothing else. Or only eat 2 grapefruits a day.
I hope you can see that theese diets are idiotic.
Those "diets" are going to make you lose all muscle.

uhh
[editline]15th March 2011[/editline]
oh wait what the fuck hes not eating protein, are you dumb op?
was talking about the diest u$o was talking about.
brah, a shirt pic does nothing lol
if you are skinny fat (can`t see abs but you are like a stick) you could probably stand to lose some fat
with some crazy dieting, low carb eating and cardio you could probably lose 5-7 pounds
^But most of that will be waterweight, low carbs=low water retention
but you would look better
but if you are just a skinny kid and trying to bulk up, there is really not much you can do in 2 weeks, sorry dude, maybe next year
