I've never heard of an American school being "too permissive". I've only heard about them being too anal.
I NEVER heard the morning announcements this year because my class would never shut up and those classes were Honors. This video is way too accurate.
Watching this video is like being back in high school, spot on accurate.

I can only hear them this year because my first period teacher (the one with the brown wig) is pretty anal about it.
Can't say I ever had a class this bad when I was in high school. But then I also went to high school in a town filled with pfizer families so education is appreciated here.
