Found the missing person. DoA. Medical examiner on-scene and the NTSB is on its way.
Sounds like a tail rotor failure combined with the low altitude and quarterly winds that brought it down.

Bell 206, I'm hearing it's private, but it could be a tour chopper. Not entirely sure, after the new sightseeing rules last year.

Seems to be private, based out of Linden, NJ (16 miles out), the pilot also landed a Cessna in Brooklyn Park in 2006 after it lost its engine.
This is very depressing, I hear it was a chopper with tourists from Europe, primarily England/Britain.
Sucks to go to a great city as a tourist just to die horribly.
