He said that there are at least five to six rescue boats in the waters and the helicopter that crashed is completely submerged.
Another one of those annoying blog articles. Just follow it for updates.
Seems the New York rivers have a strangely strong pull on air-based vehicles since Obama got elected. I bet this is just yet another one of his SICK plans to turn America into a socialist country, and then communist! WAKE UP PEOPLE, GET THIS GUY OUT OF OFFICE!!
Am I the only one who thinks that joke is stale and not funny anymore.
I haven't really heard jokes about Obama sabotaging rivers much.
I haven't really heard jokes about Obama sabotaging rivers much.
He was making fun of Fox News lovers.
There is nothing more informative than fox news. In fact, if this article was brought to us by fox news, you could count that the passengers of that helicopter would already be safe by now.
So I hear one girl is missing? Did they find her yet?
any word on what type of helo, if it was commercial or what?
Found the missing person. DoA. Medical examiner on-scene and the NTSB is on its way. Sounds like a tail rotor failure combined with the low altitude and quarterly winds that brought it down. Not entirely sure, after the new sightseeing rules last year. [editline]4th October 2011[/editline] Here's a good article Seems to be private, based out of Linden, NJ (16 miles out), the pilot also landed a Cessna in Brooklyn Park in 2006 after it lost its engine.
This is very depressing, I hear it was a chopper with tourists from Europe, primarily England/Britain. Sucks to go to a great city as a tourist just to die horribly.
