So basically I've recently been messing around in FL Studio lately and this is my first properly made song.

at 9 seconds in, you should have it turned the sound around and then worked from there. Don't base the entire audio on being backwards. Some fundamental parts need to be forward to give it some more sense. Take a listen to Moby's 'Shot in the back of the head' for inspiration. It has potential is it's less backwards sounding. At 1:25 it's clear to hear that either some audio suddenly begins or a piece of audio is cut off. After that break it actually sounds pretty good for the most part, but the beginning/end of the song still annoys me with the backwards audio.

This, pretty much. If you got rid of the reverse audio around 20 seconds in after that big buildup, it would actually sound really good.
The problem with backwards sounds is that you hear it so clearly that it wears you out.
I really like it, but the clear reverse sound is unbearable and ruins it.
The only thing that's not reversed are the drums... and THOSE are even reversed at the beginning of the song. I don't mind things in reverse, in fact I love it but it sounds really off when every instrument is in reverse all the time.
Also, your levels are off. It's peaking way too much so you're losing a lot of the dynamics.
