Outrage over 'vile' dinner party card game that mocks Madeleine and Hillsborough dead
Billed as ‘a party game for horrible people’, it is the latest craze being played at dinner parties across the land.
Cards Against Humanity is a game in which players are encouraged to be as ‘despicable’ and offensive as they possibly can.
Critics have slammed the US creators who admit their aim was to tarnish Britain’s most sacred institutions.
The card game mocks the Royal Family, politicians and the Hillsborough disaster in which 96 Liverpool football fans died. It also insults dead reality TV star Jade Goody and missing youngster Madeleine McCann.
Other cards include ‘Auschwitz’, ‘Kids with bum cancer’ and ‘Chunks of dead prostitute’. The person who creates the ‘funniest’ or most offensive answer wins a point.
The UK version also includes references to David Cameron and Ed Balls, J. K. Rowling, Boris Johnson and England’s dislike of ‘the bloody Welsh’.
Mr Hantoot said: ‘We’ve not had to withdraw any cards. “Jade Goody’s cancerous remains” is a cringer which came up during one of our play tests and remains one of the most popular cards.
‘Madeleine McCann was the riskiest one because we don’t have anything like that in the US version. That was the untested one but people love it. Our goal is to be as funny as possible and sometimes things that are really offensive are also really funny.’
It's actually really fun.
Played it the other night at work with a few coworkers, quickly changed from myself and two others to 8 people in the room.

Stuun if you have a senseof humor
I'm now doubly glad I just bought all four expansions plus the Bigger, Blacker Box.
So it's an Apples to Apples with cards that everyone would create on their own? Sounds like fun if that's sort of how it works.
This game is fantastic, even more so when you're getting shitfaced as you play.
What a bunch of sour pusses - learn to laugh at yourself and how awful the UK is.
Anyone who buys this is seriously sick in the head

Great! Now lets do one about America? Shootings in Schools? 9/11? I mean it's all funny isn't it?

Making jokes about tragedies such as Hillsborough is vile!

I was just watching the McCanns and many others in a charity run for missing people. Their motto is never give up. Is it so necessary to use tragic incidences where those involved adn other loved ones still walk this Earth? I truly cannot believe that so many of the comments support this. Why not make a joke about something else. There are many many things to joke about. The popularity of the comments in favour to such, to me, in turn indicate a level of moral and human baseness. And I bet these same people who comment that this type of thing if fine, just a lark, are also the ones who condemn other cultures for their supposed cruelty. Imagine how Mrs. McCann feels to read this. What if it was your child? Do unto others...what happened to that????
Runts of the litter.
B: "When you get right down to it, ____ is just ____" (Play 2)
W: Daily Mail, Whining like a little bitch
Sometimes at college we play this and just have to go somewhere other than where everyone is eating as we end up in hysterics making so much noise laughing.
Cards Against Humanity should release a Daily Mail Expansion pack, which includes various potential headlines like "The increasing encroachment of _______ into British culture" as question cards and popular daily mail topics such as "Muslims", "Immigrants" and "Suri Cruise" as answer cards.

An entire pack based around news agencies in general would be fucking great

Sure, that'd be some ripe material for some of the more "oh, Jesus Christ" jokes. Way to realize The Point™.

The best part of that quote is that there's already 9/11 and school shooting black cards
Depending on the white cards played they will destroy your soul but you will laugh while it happens

isn't this game pretty old already I remember hearing about it a long time ago
isn't this game pretty old already I remember hearing about it a long time ago
The Kickstarter of the game was funded on Jan 30 2011
My friends and I describe it as, "the game you take with you when you go to hell."

Ffs, the Daily Mail is one of the 'political correctness gone mad' whiners and then they bitch about a game like this
The commenters have actually turned on them, look at top-rated:
