Today at work I ran out of tasks and decided to use the time to make a concept of a heavy combine soldier for a carryable M134 minigun. My goal is to make a strong powerfull combine enemy and add him as an NPC sub-boss to my Source mod (called HL2: Alternative).

The goggle should have an effect like the car in knightrider, the red moving light.
This is the first concept of it that I made, so changes are possible. :P

Might wanna add some heatshields ala those in the AR2 replacement by AlexVestin on the minigun to give it a combine feel.
Also, no combine has exposed skin, he needs to pull down his sleeves.

Really sexy, but the problem is is the exposed arms. They wouldn't exist in real HL2.
I like how the minigun, when facing you, bears the Combine symbol.
Right arm is hopefully not that large if it was real.

I like the concept.
Sweet concept, the ammo box and chain give him a T-600 Terminator resemblance. I don't think the red moving light would be a very wise for the Combine since it would give away his position very easily.
I'd say try to make him look more inhuman, cover up the arms.
Some major proportional issues in the front facing ortho of the character, but the basic design looks interesting. Pen isn't really a great tool to use for character concept, but you seemed to pull it off pretty well. Nice work.
make him much bulkier, so he can be slower and tougher. More padding!

While the drawing side is pretty much perfect, the realism is lacking.
It doesn't fit the combine style really well, it's more like a grunt from HL.
And the minigun is really fucking heavy. No normal person or military one would be able to fire it.
But I really like it.
He looks a little too small to be a heavy.
I'd put some large plating on him and cover him in the same white fabric that the elites fashion.
