Basically it was like normal PW but you had to evolve in order to get better stuff

but make it so you have to start off REALLY small, like a guy and a girl in loincloths, who then find sticks and make babies and the sort.
And for infection itd be like a bit of infection in the ground or a meteor, then a small bit climbs out and starts exploring and multiplying, stuff like that.
