Stu Snyder, president and chief operating officer of Time Warner's Turner Animation unit, is exiting.
Snyder, who has overseen Turner's animation efforts, including the Cartoon Network, for six years, told his staff that he is resigning at the end of the month.

this is the guy who brought that abomination CN Real and had shut down the original run of Toonami.
What a shame. This should have been done much sooner.
(Edited because I am a colossal buffoon.)
The man who single handedly destroyed Cartoon Network is gone now. Shareholders must have woke up when Adult Swim began to eat more prime time hours, and they began missing that toy commercial cash.
Reading up on him, he's the one who annexed some good cartoons like Grim Adventures, thank fuck he's gone
You just had to have a Nui avatar from the new episode BEFORE subs went up, didn't you?
Also, what a shame. This should have been done much sooner.
how about you take your anime bitching to PM huh
Wasn't he also the guy who replaced the previous manager of CN who left due to the Aqua Teen Bomb Scare?
Wasn't he also the guy who replaced the previous manager of CN who left due to the Aqua Teen Bomb Scare?
yeah, and then everything went to hell
the Aqua Teen Bomb Scare?
What
What
There were promotional advertisements for The Aqua Teen Hunger Force Movie in Boston, some stupid people thought the LED neon lights around Boston showing Ignignokt were mini bombs and Police took it down. That's why Jim Samples resigned because he felt it was his fault
I'm honestly glad this guy is gone. After 6 years I think it was time for him

Sorry about that. Edited the post.
Let's just hope they get rid of some of those god awful live action shows on Adult Swim and bring back more cartoons, rick and morty was a step in the right direction, I just hope William Street has a few more up their sleeve
[sp]We can always hope for a Space Ghost revival[/sp]
Does this mean no more god-awful Hall of Game awards?
praise your respective deities and prophets
ding dong the witch is not in charge of ruining Cartoon Network anymore
From what I hear, the guy who is replacing Stu confronted him and told him that what he's been doing (such as canning cartoons for live-action, chopping action cartoons for random humor cartoons, etc etc) was harmful to the company, and if he didn't change, he was gonna get fired. Stu responded with an essential 'fuck you I quit'.

Thank fucking god there is hope, it's time for some serious spring cleaning around the network, stu's shit is cancerous
[editline]7th March 2014[/editline]
At least Stu didn't touch Aqua Teen Hunger Force but honestly like I said, adult swim needs to dump most of their live action tv shows, except for Andre and Tim and Eric, they're literally the only decent live action shows
What about Check it Out?
Pretty much what I meant by Tim and Eric, since it's produced by Abso-lutely
[editline]7th March 2014[/editline]
Oh forgot to mention Loiter Squad as an exception
I just want Sealab back, that shit was funny as hell

Can we at least keep "Your Pretty Face Is Going to Hell"? A bunch of my friends love that show as according to their past job experience its pretty accurate to working in some kind of office or something.
Delocated wasn't bad when you watched it with the mind set that "John" was just a giant dick, rather than the whole "reality show" angle.
I can't really comment much more seeing as I haven't watched the Cartoon Network part of Cartoon Network in 20 years.
