Made the RCMP cry, then made me cry with pepper spray, then arrested me.

Well 2 nights ago I was down by the liquor store getting some Budweiser, I brought it at the counter purchased it, didn't have my ID with me, the clerk was my friend William and he said it was fine. 3 minutes later I walked out of the store and was greeted by a cop. He asked me to show my ID, and I did not have it with me.
He said I had to pay like an $150 dollar fine for not having a my ID on me. I said "that's fucking bullshit." and he told me not to swear, and I drunkly said "I can swear any fucking time I want, bacon bits." Well that was a dumb fuck cluster fuck decision. He fucking told me to get my head on my car and then hand cuffed me.
So then I drunkly asked if he was going to rape me cause his wife is hard to please and is stronger than you, and always ends up on the bottom. He then fucking pepper sprayed me, I was blinded for an hour, got sent to the Police Station shit jail cell that smelled like cumm and apple pie. Then he reported to his Sergeant chief or whatever and said, quote: "resisted arrest and tried running away." I kept pleading that the story was bull to the shit. But he stupidly forgot security cameras existed,
so William(the Clerk) brought the security tape after his shift and showed it to Sargent Dickwad (the captain of the police station). He later released me not saying a word.
I'm thinking of sueing $200 for pain and suffering, and suing $32.84(includes taxes) for the beer that I bought.
So I would gain $82.84 and watery eyes from this lawsuit.
Or if that's a Bad Idea just please say something before I call my lawyer.
Edit:
Or I might just bring this to city counsil, or just represent myself. Cause all I really need is myself is me and the tape.
Update: William got fired, found him a new job, he used to get payed $10 an hour, now he gets paid $14 at his new job at a Truck driver.
Also he got a fine for $50. Got him a steak dinner later that night
Then my Mom found out, she was think of sueing, so I lied to her that I already did.
Suing for so little is pointless
what the fuck did you expect.
sue for 2 million
I swear you would spend 10 times more on winning the lawsuit than the pay-out you want.
Well first, You should of put the beer down and asked to go to your home to get your ID or where ever it is. You got snippy with a cop? Hmmm not smart.
It's your own damn fault.
Was this in a movie or on the telly lad, because we aren't keen on little liars round here boy.
You mouthed off to a cop. Trying to fight it would be like trying to fight a traffic ticket, pointless, stupid, and a waste of everyone's time. Plus you probably wouldnt win on "pain and suffering" after acting like a dickhole.
Ya, don't fight it. You deserved it.
Sue for a lot more.
haha, Im with you bro
What did you think was going to happen? That they would give you a cookie and a pat on the head for being a jerk?
I love how a cop lying to their superiors has become so routine that no one is outraged by it.
Isn't the OP 14?
Did you do anything physically threatening towards the officer? You sound like an asshole so I assume you did.
If not, yeah. You'll have a case.

Mouthing off to a cop doesn't give the cop any justification to pepper spray the guy. Especially for trying to arrest him for not carrying ID.
Then again, I don't know that much about Canadian law, but in America that's a completely bullshit offense, not being able to identify yourself.
Edit:
Also, the cop outright lied about him resisting arrest and trying to make a break for it. Letting assholes like that cop walk about arresting people for events that never actually went down is a frightening idea. If those cameras weren't there OP might have been prosecuted for something he never did.
hahaha pepper spray
you would've been shot in the USA
That made my day
You don't have to show your ID to an officer unless you are being charged with a crime.
By all means pursue litigation against the department.
At least you mouthed off in a funny way
[QUOTE=Phoenix Wright;23415943]hahaha pepper spray

no he wouldn't
You're an asshole, but the cop's a bigger asshole. He had no right or jurisdiction to do that, if he wasn't an idiot he just would have taken the abuse.

OP was openly carrying a case of beer, the police are allowed to ask for ID. You're allowed to refuse, but they can seize the beer if you can't prove you're of age.
By the way OP, being in possession of Budweiser is a grave crime here in Canada. You're lucky you didn't get charged with felony possession of a shit beer.

He did have the right. You must be one of those "you don't have the right" or "I have the right to ..." people that just make up your rights as you go.

The cop had the right to arrest and pepper spray this guy just because he was being a prick? I don't think so.
EDIT: and he certainly didn't have the right to make up false charges

If he had the right then why did OP get let go

Ah, I see. You're right you're right.
Everything else I said still stands though.
Edit:
What about the 150 dollar fine though? I can understand seizing the beer, but to fine him too?

I didnt even read that part actually.
In that case, if you have the security tape from the store, and you have some sort of proof that the cop lied about you resisting, you could make a real stink about this and probably get that cop in trouble.

I think having beer without an ID on you is the same as having beer while being underage.
It also means the person in the liquor store/bar can get charged as well. So good job there, OP. Nice considerate show all around.
