Where parents would sign their kids up to a Anti-gay christian camp in the US, and then the people would pick up the kid at random, without him knowing, and then take them to some "retreat camp", and pretty much mentally (and some times physically) torture them. And it was all legal because their parents signed them up for it.

That place was shut down last I checked. It only continued to exist as a legal entity because it was locked up in litigation.
