Don't use youtu.be use a normal youtube link, no https, and no other stuff than the vid url.

Honestly, kinda boring. Would fair better if you edited it down to only highlights.

Uhhh, like said above, kinda boring to watch. You and your friends don't seem to "interact" so to speak, like you talk to each other but there's not much funny (imo) banter/jokes, etc. Doesn't seem like you guys laugh at each others jokes too much either. Might just be you guys getting "camera shy" in a way, but you don't seem to have great chemistry together in these. I mean it's not terrible really, but it just doesn't stand out from other videos like it really.

All i can really suggest to increase "banter" is just bring up interesting topics that are somewhat relevant to the game, if you have a pal you can easily have a silly conversation with on any game, they'd make a better lets player than if someone you just gabbered about "oh crap i ded" or "need hp, stop shooting me" etc etc.
