Hello I recently decided i wanted to get into airsoft but i live in canada so getting none clear guns in my price range is quite hard and im not too clear on the shipping rules for this so i am asking for help. What i want to know is if this gun http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=10721 would be able to ship into canada, I will also link the websites shipping terms http://www.airsoftgi.com/information.php?info_id=35
see the 14th point for what i am wondering, the gun i linked is not metal body, its polymer and and i dont need bbs shipped to me, what I want to know is if this gun is considered a replica firearm and if it will be able to make it to me.
Thanks
dont think asgi does weapons to canada

lol i only have about $150 to spend, if its not too much to ask could you point out a better one in my price range? I dont really care what model as long as it has R.I.S and could ship to me?
I'm going to be honest here. Buying a quality gun from the States is still going to cost almost as much as buying it in Canada after paying shipping and duty on it. At least that's what I read on Airsoft Canada after the new laws came in.
wisdom
Also be glad you weren't trying to get into airsoft like 4 years ago when it was impossible to even think of buying guns outside of Canada and a JG M4 cost like $600.
Thanks for the help, the only problem is i would need to buy the battery and charger seperate, and what is the canadialand upgrade?

im only buying from states because I cant even find a site that has a gun with R.I.S and for around $150 and i cant buy instore because the only places that sell airsoft in my area are walmart and crappytire
Thanks for the help, the only problem is i would need to buy the battery and charger seperate, and what is the canadialand upgrade?
To make it across the border an airsoft gun needs to be considered an uncontrolled firearm and that means it needs to shoot between 366 and 500 FPS. So Airsoft GI will upgrade guns that shoot lower than that to make it across the border and it costs an extra $100 or something. So basically just save your money.
Also how old are you? Most fields in Canada are 16+ so if you're under 16 just save your money and be able to buy something not shit.
you're not gonna find anything for 150 dollars in canada land

Upgrades the gun to legal FPS importation limits
Save some more money and buy this.

I know King Arms isn't great but it's still better than Lancer Tactical
ahhh ok and im 16

started to look around that last site and found this http://www.torontoairsoft.com/Lancer-Tactical-M4-CQBR-MK18_p_2275.html I its in my price but has no R.I.S but im willing to sacrifice that, is this a good gun for a beginner?
avoid lancer ARs
just avoid
[editline]4th November 2012[/editline]
and that has rails in case you didn't notice the kac ris instead of the handguard
whats wrong with lancers?
EVERYTHING
[editline]4th November 2012[/editline]
speaking as a person who gets paid to fix other people's guns there is literally nothing good about lancers
http://www.torontoairsoft.com/Dboys-Full-Metal-RAS-II-CQB_p_2339.html il have to save a bit longer but hows that?
it's like lancer but metal body
go for G&G combat machines
-snip-
I would but they are bit expensive for me and id rather not spend upwards of $250 on my first gun, but if thats the best I could get then il save

JG/E1 isn't very good, but its better than lancer, and you could always order a G&G from evike and have a better gun.
