Has anyone else had any problems ordering from newegg before?

I had ordered 2 AMD 4GB sticks of 1333 ram from newegg 7 days ago friday, paid extra for faster shipping and still have not received it and has been sitting in Orlando, Florida for 2 days now!!! I have order my APU, case MOBO, and PSU from them and received it all in two days not paying extra for shipping for those items! Just wondering if newegg has pulled this shit with anyone else out there?

i never had a problem but i would contact support because you ordered with the fast shipping

Send 'em a mail, they'll probably refund you on the shipping.

I haven't and I've ordered quite a few things. It's not their fault, send them an email and worst case they just say "we don't know but we'll try to get it to you soon, either way we'll find out"
Never. Not once. One time I ordered the wrong motherboard because I'm derpy and they still exchanged it and sent me the correct board free of shipping. They're very nice people like that. Live chat with them and tell them what's up.
If you checked the tracking number and its stuck in Orlando, or wherever, then it's the fault of the shippers, not Newegg. Contact Newegg and let them know you haven't gotten your package yet.
Newegg has always been good to me, they'll probably refund you on shipping.
I've never have issues with newegg. I've been a customer for ages now and never have they done something to wrong me. If anything their main focus is customer service, which is nice because shopped with them before they got big. They still maintain that level of awesome customer service.
Your case sounds like the shipping provider being a fuck up, contact them and ask them nicely what the problem is. Explain the situation and they will more then likely help you.
Neweggs been awesome to me. I'm sorta close to their shipping center I guess, so I get everything a day earlier.
well my graphics card arrived in a box that looks like someone kicked it three times then sat on it
the actual card box inside the shipping box looked damaged too
product was fine though

Actually I doubt that was neweggs fault, probably the postal service's fault.
Never, and I've ordered around $2,000 worth of stuff over the years.
Just contact then and I'm sure they'll help sort out the problem. I've never had problems with Newegg before, they can't have screwed you over on purpose.
I bought all the components for a desktop at once and got standard shipping. Around here, shipping usually takes 7 days.
It took 3 days from Newegg to get it delivered to my place.

So no, I've never had problems with them.
Only ordered from newegg once and it was a really big order. It took me less than a week to receive all of my computer parts and none of my parts were DOA. I always tell myself to order off Newegg because they usually have the cheapest prices and the best customer service.
Did you buy rush shipping and rush processing, or one or the other? It takes a day or so for Newegg to clear the entire order unless you use rush processing, then the'll email you when they get the shipping started with a tracking code.
I had a friend order a CPU fan (~$50) from Newegg, then find that he accidentally ordered the wrong model. He called them to see if he could return it even though it had been opened. They told him to keep it, and then for free sent him the one he originally wanted. I don't buy computer parts anywhere else now. The issue is almost certainly a mail problem.
I've never had problems with newegg themselves, but UPS can never find my house when I order things from them, because there's no apartment number (I don't live in an apartment)

The problem is that you ordered it on Friday. NewEgg does not ship/package on weekends. So really, you should have waited until monday to do anything.

It's most likely the mail sorting facility's issue.
That's a shipping issue, not Newegg. And yes, loads of people have issue with shipping period. Just send Newegg support a message.
Bought a camera system + DVR, didn't come with any of the features it actually listed, they made me pay shipping to send it back.
I've never ever had a problem with them. It's awesome because I live within an hour of Memphis, and they have a warehouse there, so usually things will get here the next day if I order before noon, assuming what I buy is at the memphis warehouse.
I never have. No problems at all.
