I'm kinda torn, I really love their old stuff. This stuff is alright, but it just isn't the same.

FUCKING. LOVE. THE. BEASTIE. BOYS. This album is so rad. May be irrelevant to some, but I have a feeling they'll be headlining Coachella '12 Sorry if that's too random, but I'm still in post-Coachella '11 mode... god damn Kanye made love to my soul Ahem, so, anyways, this album is of course different, but I really do like it, honestly.

Good to see them experimenting with modern sounds.

The reason I liked their stuff to begin with was because of the rocking guitar riffs and songs about partying. Their new stuff just doesn't strike me the same way.

So...they never released part 1, but all the songs from part one are on part 2...but there's more songs than there are on part one?

I thought it was pretty awesome

I think this is not up to par with the rest of their albums only because i didn't hear any sampling or loops and the vocals sound groged through filters. like i didn't mind it back in check your head. but now that shit is common place.

I think it is a good Beastie Boys album, definitely not Paul's Boutique range of excellence but a solid album.

I heard this in a record store a few days ago, it was pretty cool. Considered buying it.

Listened to it the other day. Is a really nice album, people complain about the distortion used in it but I think it just says they're trying something new while still being awesome. Good comeback.
