It looks alright, but i preferred how it was previously. There was a theme for each map and setting (and it had lots of mystery, which was great), but now it's just generic zombies and generic survivors.

The old gang is stuck on the Moon. The zombies eyes are now blue because Richtofen now controls the undead horde from the Moon.

The original mode is still in.
There is 3 modes.
An open world one with a bus where you find supplies etc which is in the trailer, then the old school survival one, and finally a 4 vs 4 mode.
I might buy Black Ops 2 if I can find it for like 30$ somewhere just for the zombies mode.

Well you wouldn't necessarily need to buy it if you just want the campaign, if you know what I mean.

I didn't buy any Black Ops DLC so hopefully they'll make a zombie throwback map pack that comes with all of the zombie maps from Black Ops and all of the zombie DLC.

Well it is kinda completely different now so yeah, they are mixing it up.
Treyarch's COD games and COD zombies have always been guilty pleasures of mine, even though I haven't played some of the more recent maps or the games as much I guess I'm probably gonna end up shelling out the cash to buy this, and the inevitable DLC.
Pleasantly surprised the trailer didn't have ~~~Hella cool~~~ dubstep in it like every recent game trailer.

It's not the mode i don't like, it's the setting. There was a theme for each one previously (Movie stars, the pentagon, nazi zombies etc) but now it's just normal/generic zombies and survivors. It's no different from all the other zombie games like Left 4 dead.

I haven't played the latest zombie maps, so i didn't know that. I still don't like it as much though.
And this is why Treyarch is awesome
