I have a continuing urge to throw up, but I can't. How can I force myself to do so?

I have a pretty annoying problem and it is getting me really frustrated. I have this urge to throw up. It has been going on for few weeks now. I have the urge all the time but it randomly gets really big and I just can't do anything about it. Only thing I can think of is using a toothbrush or something similar to push it in my throat and get myself to throw up, but it isn't working. I have never been able to throw up like that and my gag reflex is really weak. I can literally keep stabbing the back of my throat for as long as I feel like and only thing what happens is some tears and just a bit of cough.
Give me ideas how to make myself to throw up. I rather use non dangerous options but feel free to suggest anything. Bonus points if someone comes up with what is causing all this.
Feel free to ask anything related and I will give details.
Watching anything gross wont help.
Think of a bear having sex with your grand dad.
But really, if it is vomit it will come up if you keep trying while on your knees over the toilet.
Well atleast it sounds like you have a bright future in the porn industry.
If it's been going on for a few weeks I'd recommend a possible visit to the doctor.
Yeah, I don't think this is a healthy thing to do.
But uhh, try eating expired olives, that'll work.
But I really would love to find a way to throw up. I cant stand this. I never had to throw up before so I can't just force it with my mind
I wish there would just be something I could drink or eat and throw up. Nothing poisonous. It's just that I cant get grossed out by imagining something or seeing a video or picture of something gross. I don't really think there is anything in this world that bad that would gross me out.
It feels like it just comes up randomly. Could something so simple than getting angry cause something like this? Since I remember yesterday I got really pissed at my friend and I had a huge urge to throw up afterwards. It never felt it so strongly before. I still want to hear methods on how to force myself to throw up. I'm actually interested would it even remove the urge.
I'm going to call my therapist tomorrow and ask her to try to get me a time for a doctor I guess.
Ipecac syrup!
If you're a girl your boyfriend must be happy.

I read about this and it seems really powerful, Ipecac isn't sold anymore in Finland so I can't even try it.
Irritate your uvula with something.
Your issue sounds more psychological than an actual need to empty out the contents of your stomach.

Fish oil?
When you feel the urge, drink milk.
Try what Bond does in Casino Royale: use salt water!

Can't get my hands on anything anymore shops are closed, so I will see tomorrow. Will try to see my therapist asap. Since now that I think about it this should be the only reason.
If I were you, I'd just hunch over the toilet until I puked. You know how you can clench up your throat to sorta fake a gag? Do that, continually and as hard as you can, it generally happens soon enough.
Had swine flu, you learn things man :v:
Cool, I found cinnamon. Though I looked it up and I most likely will just cough and not actually throw up.

I'm going to try this and combine it with poking with a toothbrush when I get frustrated enough, maybe it should do the trick.
Triggering your gag reflex with (Clean!) fingers is meant to work.

Well it doesn't for me. Touching everything in my mouth as deep I can and I still cant throw up. I even tried to do it with the fake gagging, but nope.
I'm really frustrated. Took my sleeping pill and will call my therapist as I wake up.
An old man once told me that eating a brown sauce and sugar sandwich is a good way to throw up.
Don't force yourself to throw up. It'll happen if it happens, acid is not good for your teeth or throat, hold strong for a few more hours and take stomach settling medicine.
Do you have finals coming up? It just may be some anxiety thing
Try to do something really, really exhausting. Like, sprint 1 km, non stop.
Or more, if you are normally into athletics.

Even a simple glass gives me the urge to throw up.
Watch MLP porn.
Try simulating the gag reflex
Also make sure you don't squeeze your left thumb. By doing so you're supressing your gag reflex
Drink milk and orange juice at the same time. This will make you puke for sure anf isn't dangerous.
Salty water.
