Didn't try the tutorial just watched it to see what techniques other people (you) use. Maybe upload the footage you use so people can follow the tutorial better?
Also try to explain more things in short like why to use a 3d layer or why not it doesn't have to be a 5 minute explanation just explain it in ~15 seconds. If you can use your camera microphone since it's a lot better.
HUGE EDIT:
DON'T Speed up things. If im trying to follow this tutorial and you speed up the processes where you browse for blood or adjust the glow or anything else there is no way I can understand what the hell you just did.
