This video was filmed 5 months ago. It was originally released on our old channel and was our 2nd most popular video. Due to hardware issues with our camera, we were forced to redesign an old video and release it. A new video will be filmed today 9/1/11. If you like this video, let us know!
That Mexican was a bad actor. Did you pay him below minimum wage? That job he did on the video was very badly done. He ruined it. The white guy was medicore at best.
I agree; don't tell me that something is funny when it's your own work. It's the same as telling somebody that it's a 'super amazing video!' or that it's 'really well made!' - it's a lack of modesty. It's alright. The acting wasn't great and the effects weren't perfect, but it shows that you made a serious effort, and you've definitely got some skill. The pacing of the plot and filming was a bit off. When you're editing, try this: get all calm and whatnot and sit back and watch the film through. Try to 'feel' for those moments when it feels as though there should be a longer pause between words, or a shorter time between shots and such. It might take some practice and don't worry if you make a change that 'feels right' at that moment, then rewatch it a few hours later and realise that the edit you made was wrong - everybody does it. Personally, I think it's partly to do with mood. It's also to do with 'fresh eyes'. 'Fresh eyes' is a term that applies to any art form. While working on something you begin to get comfortable with it. You sort of know the piece your working on really well. You think 'yeah, that looks great!'. But then you see it a few days later and see all of the mistakes. This is a good thing. Try not to release something without returning to it with fresh eyes. You'll catch a lot of the mistakes that other people would otherwise call you out on. Watch a lot of film and TV to get a feel for the pacing they use. To get a feel for how they create tension and make you anticipate the drama that's about to unfold. As a beginning filmmaker (and as a seasoned member of the industry) you can never watch too much TV. [editline]1st September 2011[/editline] Unless you're obese and that [editline]1st September 2011[/editline] The slow motion was really nice, too. The special effects weren't amazing, but it was definitely decent!
That was shit.
I can't stand the kid with the glasses.
im probably not a part of the target audience/age but it wasnt very enjoyable (or funny), sorry
Effects were good. Just need some motion blur on the expended AK shells.
i was expecting some clever revival. and what the hell was that portal thing about? you didnt even explain anything. [editline]2nd September 2011[/editline] oh, and why the hell did you plaster the middle of the video with notifications. pisses me off.
Those gun effects were really terrible. Not to mention the props were terribad as well.
This is my favorite episode of Regular Show. DEWD!
lol funny epic video brosef
good effects horrible plot oh and that slow-mo scene was way too long and like said before, act out the recoil. recoil pushes the gun back, it doesn't just shake it around
I don't like it when people go "(lolxd funny!)" in the title.
My apologies.
That Mexican was a bad actor. Did you pay him below minimum wage? Thanks for this, I'll continue getting better.
That was shit.
Sorry to hear that.
Effects were good. Just need some motion blur on the expended AK shells.
They did have motion blur. Maybe just not enough. It was tough because the lighting was awful, this was filmed 5 months ago, when I didn't know how to film exactly.
Those gun effects were really terrible. Not to mention the props were terribad as well.
Oh, you know who you should check out? Cam4yeah's action video. He's a PARTNER and his effects are no where near mine. Check out more of my videos. Thanks for the feedback though!
What you lack in video editing skill, you make up for in character. You have my respect. I actually thought the video was entertaining.
Oh, you know who you should check out? Cam4yeah's action video. He's a PARTNER and his effects are no where near mine. I only recently got into special effects and action stuff. The majority of my videos are comedy based, not special effects based, even if they do have guns in them.

They'll look more realistic because the slide actually goes back, making it easier for actors to know when they're shooting and being shot at, and making it easier to tell when to add in a muzzleflash.
Also hire better looking actors , this video was an real eye sore
