Amazing
Reminded me of Game of Thrones
I wanted it to fight the dragon D:
I wonder what zoo they got the dragon from.
wasnt really sure of what live action meant :v:
wasnt really sure of what live action meant :v:
Live action as in real people acting, not CGI stuff
I wonder what zoo they got the dragon from.
they got it from bans camps personal collection.
Wish I could get paid by Bethesda to run around screaming in the snow.
At last, they show the PC version
Amazing trailer. But it always frustrates me that when anyone pulls a sword out of it's scabbard it makes a SHING sound.
Amazing trailer. But it always frustrates me that when anyone pulls a sword out of it's scabbard it makes a SHING sound.
It's just a cool effect. But yes it's unrealistic.
Mother of God.
Amazing trailer. But it always frustrates me that when anyone pulls a sword out of it's scabbard it makes a SHING sound.
meh just go with the flow it was a great trailer. its a cool effect.
They had to cut the sword drawing because it's impossible to draw a sword from your back. gg.
Amazing trailer. But it always frustrates me that when anyone pulls a sword out of it's scabbard it makes a SHING sound.
Pulling a sword from the back is unrealistic anyway, it is clumsy and the sword would get stuck. It is only for the coolness effect.
The sword is strapped pretty low on his back plus it's a short sword. Oh and he has a belt around his stomach connected to the scabbard that would help him as well. (Prevents the scabbard from "following" the sword upwards as you try to pull it out, resulting in it being stuck there) In this specific case, I think the sword could have been pulled from his back with ease.
Kinda sounded like the Brute from Dead Space, the Dragons roar that is. Pretty damned awesome.
I have the manliest boner right now
That would make a nice movie.
That is now, in my mind, what all dragons should sound like (excluding talking dragons, in which case they'd sound like Sean Connery.)
The roar the dragon made gave me goosebumps
The roar the dragon made gave me goosebumps
The roar of the dragon made me ejaculate.

That blade is longer than his arm. Good luck getting that out as smooth as he did.
I want this to be real life so badly.
That must explain why they didn't show it. That blade is longer than his arm. Good luck getting that out as smooth as he did.
Doesn't explain why they didn't show it, but then again I didn't say that it would.
crap trailer unrealistic sword drawing But seriously drawing swords from the back was never a good idea, even short swords, it's just there for the audience.
We get a nice live-action Skyrim trailer and all anyone wants to talk about is how un-realistic it is to draw a sword from your back.
We get a nice live-action Skyrim trailer and all anyone wants to talk about is how un-realistic it is to draw a sword from your back.
Why does everything catch fire?
Drawing swords from your back is dumb to begin with, but if you really must draw it do not fasten the scabbard top-to-bottom to your back. Just make sure the top of the scabbard is fastened to your back, and not the bottom. that way when you draw you can draw the sword downwards and get it out with ease. Witcher 2 did this quite well.
Got fucking chills when he drew the sword, and more when the dragon roared.
