20 Credits to Continue - Video Announcements Intro
4 replies, posted
I made this for my school's morning announcements. Each morning they're on, a 30 second intro clip is played before anything else, and we've had the same 'surfer surfing to dubstep' video running for a while now. I figured I worked hard enough on it to share here.
(video made with 4:3 projectors in mind, and has a lot of requested characters from friends)

It's fine. Except there are some lines going through most of the things

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Can you describe it for me so I know what to look out for to fix it?

Look at the sign, road, and the house.

Whoops! I didn't realize it at first but now I think you're talking about the aliasing.
I left the quality options in After Effects off on purpose to give each of my bitmaps the look I intended, but I guess that also means that the edges aren't being smoothed ANYWHERE.
I'll have to upscale the pixel art in Photoshop and use that if I ever do a composition like this again to avoid the aliasing.
