Trump's fundraising operation has barely gotten underway, GOP leaders worried
Republican fund-raisers are beginning to fret that Donald Trump does not comprehend the magnitude of the challenge before him, warning that if he fails to execute the basic tasks of fund-raising during a critical six-week stretch, he will find himself badly outgunned this fall.
Over barbeque dinners and en-suite receptions on the grounds of this five-star retreat nestled in the Wasatch Mountains, associates of Mitt Romney's $1 billion presidential campaign swapped concerns with one another that Trump is failing to play catch-up quickly enough. There is hope that Trump can reverse fortunes with a fund-raising swing that began this week, but Republicans worry that he is poised to squander the weeks leading up to the GOP convention.
Obvious bundlers haven't even been contacted. A small-dollar operation is nonexistent. And the fund-raising agreement with the Republican National Committee continues to wobble.
Also, the Washington Post reported this week that Trump's campaign has just 70 members of staff compared to Clinton's 732. These revelations sparked The Atlantic to declare "There Is No Trump Campaign", while prominent GOP fundraiser Spencer Zwick suggested to Politico that Trump may have to accept public financing. (Remember, Trump isn't self-financing his general election campaign because he couldn't afford it)
Clinton wins lol
Trumpcoin will surely keep his campaign afloat.
planning this for decades
Is anyone really surprised Trump has no idea how much money is needed? Anyone who's looked at his bankruptcy history knows he never raises enough money but charges blindly forward anyways. So far he's always made it out ahead, at the cost of all the other investors, so it's no surprise he's willing to completely fuck over the Republicans by not running a competitive campaign.
I still haven't been able to rule out that "Trump is a Hillary plant" conspiracy theory from way back at the start of the primaries. I don't have enough evidence to believe in it for sure, but as long as he keeps doing things like this, I can't rule it out, either.
Can't wait for him to pull off his prosthetic mask. "Haha, now neither of the candidates are republicans! Ever wondered why Trump refused to debate me? Because it was me all along, Bernie Sanders!"

A yuge gamble.

We've never seen the men in the same room, have we...even his immediate family bought it
Honestly, with some of the batshit insane rabid supporters I've seen for him, does he even need to start it? I see people who support him so zealously that it would be absolutely zero surprise if they showed up Sanders' supporters with the donations and taking out loans so they can give money to the campaign.
he doesnt really need a advertising budget when the media reports and picks on everything he says so
he doesnt really need a advertising budget when the media reports and picks on everything he says so
he's quoted as admitting that
the problem is that you need money for more than just ad-time
campaigns are hugely complex operations that are only getting more unwieldy with the field op innovations pioneered by Obama and others
GOP worried? Well then you shouldn't have ran your party into the ground over these past 8 years. Everything happening within the GOP, most notably Trump decimating every other candidate in the race, is a result of their failures during Obama's term. Not only have they achieved little, but they've alienated much of their voterbase.
Now the GOP has to decide whether they want a Clinton or Trump presidency, and plan accordingly.

Yeah. If companies like Colt are anything to go by: Bankruptcy is just a word.

Most of those are individual hotels and buildings. Trump opens Limited Liability Companies for everything, he's very good at divorcing himself from the consequences of screwing up.

Under budget and ahead of schedule.
The media is giving him free publicity and Hillary is making ads for him:

I suspect Trump does not know he is a plant.
Though highly unlikely and near impossible it'd be hilarious if despite Donald's negatives, he somehow pulled a win out of his ass with a skeleton campaign and barely any financing.

With the ammo he has against Clinton, and everyone else including Clinton giving him free attention, plus disgruntled Sanders supporters, He still has a very likely chance to win.

Well that would be a plus in an odd way. Other politicians would try to follow suit, to run lower cost campaigns like he did. So if Trump does win, in a fucked up way, he would ve gotten money out of politics.
Let's also not forget that trump has alienated basically every big donor the gop had. The gop themselves can't find anybody to fund their convention this year because of trump being there, so it's no surprise that he's going to flounder. I hope he does something stupid like cutting himself a hundred million dollar check or something, just so he can waste the cash
making a donald trump attack ad is easy because all you have to do is play one of his speeches without editing it
like the time where he called POWs cowards because they got captured lol

And at the end McCain was the one who apologized to Trump. So who won?

what
im legitimately googling this and cannot find what you are talking about

i've seen mccain basically say "i don't need an apology, the veterans of the country do"
Okay I have gotten enough evidence to support my hypothesis, Trump is Extremely likely to lose.
1: He was a extreme Racist during the Primaries and still is.
2: Trump has no money in his campaign, and has Told the GOP he doesn't need to raise money, the media will be his ads, ignoring the fact that he got pissed off at the media for doing its job by investigating the Veteran donations
3: Has told the GOP to fuck off about their complaints
4: While running a lean campaign as he says, is targeting Blue States more than the swing state, (his strategy for Pennsylvanian is getting the Amish to vote).
5: Has singlehandedly destroyed party unity for the Curiel Remarks, not only because he is racist, but the growing fear he will attack judges that will rule against him.
Unless, Trump pulls a hard Left pivot, not center, it will be extremely unlikely to win.
Trump has enough media coverage as it is to be in the spotlight running up to the general elections.
A big part of his campaign in the primary race was that he self funded his run, using his own money and purchases from his online store of hats/tshirts/ect. The money basically goes to promotional Trump ads or smear campaign ads, and honestly those don't make a difference until about a month from the election. New developments along the race (including today's shooting) change the focus of attacks.

Well GOP wise, Democrats Can.
And at the end McCain was the one who apologized to Trump. So who won?
and this is the world view of Trump and his fans
it should not just be about who "won" (although McCain endorsed the nominee in the most terse terms possible) but about what is right
and Trump is just Wrong.
