saving private ryan hands down
Damn. Beat me to it. Although it's really the ending that makes me like it so much. [sp]Kinda leads you to believe it's Miller, when it's really Ryan at Miller's grave.[/sp] Marvelous. But really, I don't think I should need to put that in spoiler tags anymore. If you haven't seen that movie, I feel sorry for you.
Mallrats. "My cousin once shoved a gerbil up his ass. True Story"
Fight Club
Apocalypse Now's opening, the only audio is The End by The Doors and a Helicopter. Beautifully Cinematic opening, coupled with the The Doors makes it one of my favorite openings of all times.

Practically made the entire movie for me.
Office Space
Along with the tipping scene I am going to have to go with Reservoir Dogs on this one.
Watchmen was really cool.
Star Wars Episode IV. Come on, tell me those giant-arse yellow letters weren't just the highlight of the film.
Lord of war ofcourse Also a great soundtrack.
Watchmen.
Probably the only one I can remember at all...that should say something. http://multipleverses.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/exclusive-watchmen.jpg
Memento....when everything is in reverse in the beginning credits. I love how the polaroid picture slowly gets erased as he's flipping it back and forth.
The dark night. Straight into the movie, awesome way to present the joker, etc.
watchmen pretty much the only good part of the movie was the opening credits
Zombieland's opening showing the rules he follows, then the awesome slow-mo opening credits.
I like the intro to most Bond films, especially OHMSS and Goldeneye.

Superman.
The Untouchables of course. Opening credits with the fucking greatest song ever in the background, as we slowly see THE UNTOUCHABLES on the screen. I always shiver a bit it's so effective..
Lord of wars was great with the bullet.
