I hate my father-- [b]every single aspect of him.[/b] I found on the internet a really cheap PS2 to buy, included a pack with 68 games, 2 controllers and many other things at a really affordable price. But my father(who we will name Jack)... I'll just write the dialog below:
Me: "Dad, I found a really cheap PS2 with everything I need. I have the money, all I need is your approval."
Jack: "Son, the PS2 is just a waste of money, you already have this computer!"
Me: "But dad, I can't play the newest games, and I want a new gaming experience... look it's really cheap! It's 460 RON with transport!"(Use google to change the currency)
Jack: "I don't have the money to buy it! It normally costs 1200 RON, and the one who has it knows why he sells it!"(again, use google to change the curency)
Me: "Dad, it's not 1200 RON, it's--"
Jack: "It's a complete ripoff!(He didn't even looked at the price!) Now shut up before I smack you!"
He leaved the room. I hated him, not only for the PS2, but for the way he treats me and many other things.. he beated me a lot when I was younger... he treats me as a slave while that chubby bastard sits in his bed and watches TV all day long! "Go do that, go do that; IT'S NOT THE CORRECT WAY YOU MUST DO IT!". He got up to my nerves... I really REALLY need a PS2... This computer can't run much games after 2006(Maybe a Y2K related problem?), and I just want to get something no one has in my school; a PS2.
Every single time I just remain back with technology, everyone advances, and then they make fun of me because "I'm not in their standards".
So, Facepunch, who else fucking hates his father!?

The Y2K fiasco didn't even really happen, it was over hyped as hell. It was just a way computer architecture on servers dealt with time that made changing to the year 2000 fuck up.
