Its the infamous bree horse, which goes even slower than running.
The cloak is a joke and the ring is crap.
Bree horse goes 138% of running speed.
Cloak is pretty good armor, especially as you can wear it right away, and the ring is a nice bonus. All in all, it's a [U]starter[/U] pack, not a 1-65 leveling pack.
