I'd be skeptical with the others, but I'm sure he had to have been on drugs to come up with this idea.

Can someone tell me what exactly is Vaporwave? Wikipedia was really no help. But from what I gather, it's mostly jazz music stretched the fuck out, with some aftereffects.
