Taken way back in the Winters of 2010
First of all man, not many people will take you seriously with a deviant art account in the photography section, invest in a Flickr. Also, you should really post stuff like this in the creative photography thread... it doesn't deserve it's own and it'll get a lot more attention and feedback in there.
Nice picture though, maybe could have used a bit more depth of field to stop it looking so flat.

What exactly do you want to achieve with this thread an picture?
I don't know where to start. Your picture lacks a subject. It has a very poorly executed b/w filter added to it. It's poorly lighted. It's boring to look at.
Do you even want any CC on this?
Not trying to be a no-it-all but that is just a very boring picture.
The only thing I can add on top of what everyone else has said is that the contrast is way off. You have the pure blacks but the whites aren't even close. Use a histogram and levels to make sure your images are properly contrasted.
