A portrait I made of a friend of mine.
Done in 3 hours with a Wacom Intuos 3 and Adobe Photoshop CS4.
Facial features seem tad bit disproportioned(mouth), anatomy is not that good, but everything from claviculae to the top looks lovely aside from those little things.
Eyebrows could use some more details. I dig the colours.

Love how you used a bit of blur but not too much. The shading on the eyes is spot on. Really good piece of work. This deserves a lot of posts.

Show me exactly where did I messed up.
The proportions are pretty much accurate, maybe the hair is bigger than normal but it's all right.
However I do agree about the shirt though.

Boobs are too low and shoulders seem tad too bold. Hard to tell under all that stuff, maybe it's excusable with scarf hiding all, but boobs feel too low.
yeah, I feel that you're right about that one, they are kinda low but oh well.
She does have big shoulders too
Pretty good, but I feel that her body is twisted to the side a tab bit too much, and yeah, the boobs are placed really low adn the shoulder seems to be a bit too high too. I dislike how round and squished the nose looks, it's like a mix of looking up at it and straight forward at it at the same time.
But these are all minor flaws that don't really ruin the overall look of it, it's very nice. She also looks a lot like my biggest big sister.

Ah, I see the problem now. We ARE looking straightforward at her whilst looking up at her at the same time.
In your reference the camera is placed underneath peeking upwards. But in your drawing you have placed it on the same height as her looking straight towards her. Thus you get a perspective mix-up.

Yeah, I fucked up with the perspective, gotta practice it more.
Also lips. You grandiously overdid them.
