I love the camera spike, I even use it as a decoy because players love shooting at red beeping things first before the gun pointing at gun at them.

Possibly useful for Demolition matches by placing the camera in a good watching spot, or for snipers to at least know someone's running up behind them to their spot. But otherwise, yeah, probably limited usage.
