i watched a video of his or two and i thought the presentation is kind of cheesy but it's not terrible.

The only tragic thing about this video is how much time he wastes with his fanfictions.

I find his voice annoying, but some of his videos (especially the old ones) are interesting/amusing.

Not even gonna bother watching the video because the Game Theory channel is fucking dumb (Is Link actually DEAD!?!?) but I do want to point out that the story of the Subspace Emissary (in Brawl) is considered Smash canon and carries over to Smash 4. He always forces things into his theories even if they don't make sense and there are other things that prove it wrong, he seems to ignore anything that suggests his theory isn't true. Like how in his Companion Cube theory he said there was a person inside every companion cube because GLaDOS says they are sentient, despite the fact that pretty much every piece of Aperture Science technology has an AI built in and is sentient, or how in his TF2 Pyro video he says the Pyro is male because of the finger length and proportions, ignoring that all the classes have a certain appearance for easy class identification.

I think a lot of you miss the point of his videos. They're for fun, not to be taken literally as the Gospel of Holy Mario Trinity Fox Force.

I kind of find these videos entertaining, not meant to be taken seriously, more just a funny way of nitpicking at just how complex you can make these explanations of things that aren't really supposed to be explained. Rather than crappypasta tier stuff like'the pixar theory'. I do hate that he called this "hidden lore" though. And was that some Megaman music in the background?

I don't hate his videos, I think they can be pretty solid most of the time. However, his fanbase is complete garbage. They all accept his theories like they are fact and get pissy when you try and say otherwise. The best example of this is the Pyro video, back when it first came out TF2 became infested with people constantly going "OMG guys, Pyro is a a gay guy!" It was literally impossible to argue with them too as they would just keep saying the same thing over and over.

"What's the 10 best thing for Warlords of Draenor?" etc etc. They thrive on bullshit, and they absolutely thrive of the majority of creating said bullshit so that they can use it to shovel to their watchers. There's nothing to be gained and you'll overly waste your time on these channels while gaining nothing.
