The ooze is perfectly natural, it's a combination of blood plasma and interstitial fluid.
I recommending drinking good amounts of water, though, that stuff contains a lot of your body's fluid content.

I got a kind of road rash when playing football(as in American) on a really shit turf and was able to shower just fine, it stung a little. It scabbed just fine.

I'm just recovering from a bad case of this on my knee and lower leg. The goop will come off when you shower, and it will be a bit tender afterwards, but it will come back. It did seem to delay the healing process a bit because it kind of 'opened up' when this happened, but you kinda have to shower so...

I got road rash from trying to jump a 7 stair with a Razor scooter, I got about half way through my second tail spin when I realized I was going to eat shit. I looked similar to you and all I did was wash my wounds individually and then bandage them, after that you can shower normally without much problem.
Don't use bandaids.
It makes it take a lot longer to heal.

Yeah, just get a kleenex or a paper towel, rinse the wound with water, then apply pressure with the paper towel. Once it's done bleeding, let it heal
