Oh don't worry, leaks that have been confirmed true (since the stuff mentioned in it showed up in the International trailer) have said the original ghostbusters will be making cameos in this movie because Sony threatened to sue them if they didn't.

Before I saw the trailer I was told in person the new Ghostbusters would have a female cast, I had a pretty nuetral reaction, I think I was like "Oh cool." Or something like that.
It was the trailer that made me think this would be bad, dude

If Sony was considering using [url=http://www.cinemablend.com/new/Sony-Might-Sue-Bill-Murray-Playing-Ball-Ghostbusters-68651.html]in their words, "aggressive litigation counsel",[/url] to get one to appear while another more picky actor who hasn't been in many things since his wife's death saying it [url=http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/features/rick-moranis-reveals-why-he-829779]"made no sense" to him[/url] leaves me to wonder why the film continued to move forward. There's also this [url=https://my.mixtape.moe/xexoov.webm]this short clip in the first trailer[/url] that is sort of amateurish, and it leaves me to wonder if there are other scenes in the film that have the same sort of problem. Finally, it is to my understand that this film is to kickstart a cinematic franchise for Sony, probably to cash in on the hip new trend that Marvel has been able to keep running for eight years, and this Ghostbusters film just doesn't feel like the solid film Sony wants it to be so people keep going to see Ghostbusters offshoots (and more importantly buying the merchandising) ten years from now. I will concede that I have my own problems with the film (tossing the Ecto-1 for a hearse with a motorcycle that comes out the back, the complete scene for scene library ghost with slime instead of a scream, the supposed leaked final villain is lame as hell), but it does not have to do with a director who got his start on TV with a small median of success on the big screen calling up two women he has worked with before and getting two new ones is hardly the problem with this film. Assuming that the people that are upset that women make up the main cast and are just hiding behind some other non-issue leaves me concerned people are afraid to call the movie on its faults because they will be called cis shitlords on Twitter.
