Thought this thread might be helpful for people looking into keeping track of everything workout-related. Currently, I use three apps on my iTouch: To help me keep up with the hundred pushups program To help me keep up with the two hundred situps program Keeps track of all my running. Its one of my favourite programs, because it gives you stats instantly, and has a nice interface. I've also been looking into finding some sort of website/app combo, but I can't find anything. What do y'all use?
notebook sprayed with the metal-dust I have on my hands after every workout.
jefit for android.
Runkeeper for android. Absolutely must if you run.
Pencil, paper, and a stopwatch. iPod/speakers for music though
ipod
iirc most treadmills and bikes at my gym have an iphone/ipod dock and can upload the result to nike+
Dailyburn and Nike+ were my weapons of choice when I was voluntarily exercising, but now I have to exercise as a part of my daily routine (cycling in to and back from uni -9 mile round trip) I don't bother stat-tracking
