Shit I mis-spelt amazing
Yeah, so, this doesn't seem quite logical to you now does it?

If you didn't see it look at the price.
You can only but it in a pack that contains only it for 1.99, or you buy it individaully for 23.99, exept you can't.
Or is this some kind of amazing offer?
Wait, that price is for the pack for all of them togeter? Ugh, I'm so confused.
what
yeah it's supposed to be the other way around. Shows the Steam thing probably isn't automatic. There was a guy behind a desk somewhere that put those the wrong way around.
buy it, they legally have to sell it at that price now
buy it, they legally have to sell it at that price now
No they don't.
No they don't.
If he buys it when it costs 2 dollars he did nothing wrong, by law.
You only have to pay the displayed price, if someone cocked up and put the values in the wrong way round they can't deny you the sale
If he buys it when it costs 2 dollars he did nothing wrong, by law.
No he didn't do anything wrong by law, but their terms and conditions more than likely say they can correct mistakes. You won't go to jail for buying it, but they will probably reverse the order or cancel it.
I got motherfucking comix zone and altered beast
Edit your title dummy, not anymore. Buy it btw
It would be false advertising if they sold it to you for regular price but it said 2 bucks. So you can buy it and sue them if they screw up and try to take it back.

Newsflash people make mistakes and nobody's going to court unless it causes genuine harm

Fucking kids
You don't sue someone for making a typing mistake
Also, why would you want to fuck over Valve? They are awesome, stop being a complete dick.
the games regular price is already 3 dollars
But he would lose money. Given Steam would lose more money, they could sue him for theft. Then he could counter-sue for false advertising. I mean, yes, who's to say they would. Maybe they would honor their typing mistake, in which case, all would be peachy keen. I'm just thinking, letting my brain speak. Rate me boxes to defend against ThePuska, please.
I didn't mean to start a fight sir, honest.
Also you're all in the wrong because, under Steam's terms and conditions, they have the right to deny sale at any point for any reason they want and they don't have to tell you why either.
The HURR DURR DISPLAY PRICE is for physical stores only.
I thought everybody knew this...
This happened once in a web store and everyone in Finland got new videogames for about 3 dollars.

Suing isn't a gift you can whip out whenever you feel like something isn't fair and want money out of it. Stop acting like such a child.

you have no idea what you're talking about

By that logic I should have gotten those 3 50 inch plasma TV's Best Buy was selling for like 100 bucks then. :colbert: VALVe is not entitled to sell you anything, if they mark down a price incorrectly then they have the right to have you pay the normal price, or reimburse you.
Actually, I have previously done research on the subject, and although I do not know about online retailers, if you bought and paid for those TVs then they can do jack all about it. It is yours, you bought it at the displayed price, and thats that.
TL;DR you lost out of a deal at Best Buy
