• North Korea vows 'physical response' to US moves
North Korea has vowed a "physical response" to measures taken by the US following Pyongyang's alleged sinking of a South Korean warship in March. The comments came as South East Asian foreign ministers met in Vietnam for a regional security forum which has been dominated by the crisis. Earlier this week, the US imposed new sanctions on North Korea. It is also due to hold joint military exercises with South Korea over the weekend as a show of force. North Korea's delegation spokesman at the forum said the exercises were against the sovereignty and security of his country. "It is a threat to the Korean peninsula and the region of Asia as a whole," Reuters quoted Ri Tong-il as saying. "And the DPRK's [North Korea's] position is clear: there will be physical response to the threat imposed by the United States militarily." South Korea has been attempting to bolster regional support for its condemnation of the North at the annual Association of South East Asian Nations (Asean) security forum, in Hanoi. Seoul already has strong backing from the US - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton earlier accused Pyongyang of launching a "campaign of provocative, dangerous behaviour". The Cheonan warship sank in March near the disputed inter-Korean maritime border with the loss of 46 South Korean sailors. An international investigation said it was sunk by a North Korean torpedo, but Pyongyang has rejected the charge.
Original Article uh oh

What? Are they going to tell their ambassadors and diplomats to punch the UN diplomats on their next visit?
Either they are going to do nothing, or totally shock everyone and actually do something. Maybe Kim's going insane and said "Fuck it"?
I doubt it. Now we've had all those other "Oh shit" threads. Nothing happened in those. It's unlikely anything will happen this time too.
can't wait to have a war go on with obama as our president...
They will all face east and frown as half their population starves to death.
Yeah, americans, you're preety much fucked
can't wait to have a war go on with obama as our president...
I don't hope that you're serious. War is horrible, no matter what president we have.
I doubt it. Now we've had all those other "Oh shit" threads. Nothing happened in those. It's unlikely anything will happen this time too.
I always get the feeling that all the articles like this one will have a "boy who cried wolf" effect and we will one day not pay attention to a real threat.
I doubt it. Now we've had all those other "Oh shit" threads. Nothing happened in those. Well, america is toast. I'm off to sweden, bye all!
I always get the feeling that all the articles like this one will have a "boy who cried wolf" effect and we will one day not pay attention to a real threat.
Well, it's really hard to tell, because we only hear what the media tells us. Something could happen that sparked a war without us actually knowing, because the media wasn't covering it.
Either they are going to do nothing, or totally shock everyone and actually do something. Maybe Kim's going insane and said "Fuck it"?
He's already insane.
I couldn't resist.
In other news: Kim furious at people's doubting; Actually follows through.
He's already insane.
More insane then. Past batshit into a new realm of insanity then.
Kore should get its starving population and wrecked economy together, pair up with China or somebody, and then start making threats.
Well, america is toast. I'm off to sweden, bye all!
And this my friends, is an example of an uninformed man.
And this my friends, is an example of an uninformed man.
Probably sarcasm.
Probably sarcasm.
Correct, [sarcasm]You win a prize![/sarcasm] Even if he stays idle though, I would prefer to live there. Sweden is an awesome country.
Oh no, they're going to throw tin cans at us.
Well if this does escalate into full blown war (I highly doubt North Korea will do anything in the first place), and the most likely scenario is South Korea being leveled, than I would say Blizzard hasn't taken the safey of their biggest Starcraft fanbase into consideration...
If shit really hits the fan I doubt NK will have time to do more than land a few shells in Seoul before they done goofed by the US.
The US Military has dozens of Patriot Missles ready to repel anything in Osan Air Force Base. Yongsan, Kunsan, and Daegu Army Bases have more than enough stuff to stuff North Korea into the ground.
If the North does do something that makes a war happen and the US just happen to invade the North (or nuke it) then all I can say is that I'll feel sorry for the thousands - if not millions of innocents that die on the North Korean side. Not their fault that the US provoked their country to go bat-shit insane.

Check NK's recent history and you'll see.
Support the war buy starcraft
Have you even bothered to study the conflict? And no, they didn't "go" bat-shit insane, they've always been that way. Check NK's recent history and you'll see.
They've always been bat-shit insane because they allegedly torpedoed a SK ship and not to long ago they tested rockets? They might've wanted to put a satellite in orbit for all everyone would care, but because of the nature of NK being a "communist" nation people would automatically assume for them testing ICBMs. Also was their anything related to nuclear stuff (I remember something like this, but I forgot)? I just reckon the US snoops to much into the business of other countries. For example with Iran's Nuclear whatever program. Who knows if they're actually going to use the program for Nuclear weapons? They might actually be using it for nuclear power. Bloody paranoid Americans. Think of a better picture rather than the constant disgust spoon fed to you by the media. Oh yeah not to mention everything got to where it is now thanks to the US and the UN provoking the North. Rather ironic work. And that is my opinion, rate me "disagree" all you want, I don't care.
can't wait to have a war go on with obama as our president...
You already have two. "Yay".
