This is not for the faint of heart.
Good ol' Sovereign Citizens
"Call a lawyer, right now!" "Which one?" Summarizes their issues pretty clearly.
Really, this video could be 30 seconds long if the guy just followed what the cop said. If he had nothing to hide he could go on his way but noooooo. Also is there a follow up? Did they found anything?
hahahaha "call the police" The shit he was saying made me think it was a parody video and not genuine. Fucking unbelievable stupidity.

Uploaded July 6th 2013. OP, you are pretty late :v:
Uploaded July 6th 2013. OP, you are pretty late :v:
In fact there was already a thread and an argument. and a circlejerk. and more argument
I remember this being part of a recently posted compilation aptly named "sovereign citizens getting destroyed"
I have reason to believe that crime is afoot
I DO NOT CONSENT I DO NOT CONSENT
"sir we are the police"
WOW, get out of the vehicle, keep recording, co-operate and then see what happens. This guy is arguing for the sake of arguing. He keeps digging himself a hole
lmao what a goof

One of my friends got pulled over with a 2 ounces of buds in his car (He'd just picked em up and was driving home from his mates), he said it was for personal use and they just confiscated it and made him do a 1 day course. But then again that's Australia. [editline]30th July 2015[/editline] Basically when you're dealing with police officers just do what they say. how do these people even function in society?
how do these people even function in society?
Badly
Badly
Actually pretty well, usually. which is why they're such a big threat they could be literally anybody and you wouldn't even know until they get pulled over
how do these people even function in society?
They don't.
Even more shocking brutality Warning: contains rape, is considered NSFW
Even more shocking brutality Warning: contains rape, is considered NSFW
Rather entertainingly, although obviously the articles of confederation haven't had any legally binding authority anywhere for the past 200 years or so, this Article 4 that she repeatedly cites states, and I quote "the people of each state shall have free ingress and regress to and from any other state, and shall enjoy therein all the privileges of trade and commerce, subject to the same duties, impositions and restrictions as the inhabitants thereof respectively", which is stating that "free inhabitants" are allowed to travel between states but are also 100% subject to their laws, so her own source is contradicting her claim here.
I really hate people who do this, Police say over rules citizens say
This kind of stuff happens because of two types of people: The ones who think they know the law and want to get of crimes they most likely committed by yelling "I do not consent" and the like. Then there's the people who want to make a viral video of them getting a cop to act in an unlawful and/or immoral way. Technically there's a third type of people who are a combination of the two I mentioned.
I really hate people who do this, Police say over rules citizens say
That's why more cops need body cams.
"you're giving him PTSD"
Cause there was weed in the car and he was trying to snake his way out.

"where's your visa" "I'm not required to have one!" "cya"
Rather entertainingly, although obviously the articles of confederation haven't had any legally binding authority anywhere for the past 200 years or so, this Article 4 that she repeatedly cites states, and I quote "the people of each state shall have free ingress and regress to and from any other state, and shall enjoy therein all the privileges of trade and commerce, subject to the same duties, impositions and restrictions as the inhabitants thereof respectively", which is stating that "free inhabitants" are allowed to travel between states but are also 100% subject to their laws, so her own source is contradicting her claim here.
Also, California never signed the Articles because it wasn't a state at the time. So the Articles were never binding on California at any point in time in history.
Claiming you aren't a citizen in this context should result in immediate extradition to the middle of the ocean on a raft "I'm not a US citizen!" "where's your visa" "I'm not required to have one!" "cya"
Interestingly enough, making the statement "I am not a US citizen" essentially renounces your citizenship on the spot and makes you stateless (I mean, unless you're a dual citizen or something). So legally speaking, they do not have any rights but must follow all laws, and essentially fuck themselves.
I don't get it man just let him search the vehicle, I mean after all you don't have any marijuana lol no biggie
