Any Spanish facepunchers able to confirm that bathtub water in Spain looks like piss? Asking for a friend.
I'm actually wondering if they're trying to make it look like piss, if the lighting is the cause of it, or if the dye they used to make it look murky (so the audience doesn't notice that the two actors don't actually fuck) was yellow because that's the only color they had.

In the middle of typing the question "Didn't they care that it looked like piss?" I realized what movie I was talking about and typed this post instead.

I've been places where the water had a high iron count or some shit so a bath of water looked yellow. This looks reeeally yellow though, if it's the same thing here, they must have fucked the white balance to make it look more like piss
I wondering if they got the water from a water tower and dirty water.

Unless they, by some magic, selectively lit or selectively edited the water to have a different white balance in post, there's no way that was regular water.
It is yellow.

You know, Rich's attempt at German isn't as bad as I thought it'd be.

Every day, I'm more and more grateful I can drink out of the tap in my home. Good ol' Scottish water.
i gotta say, this episode is damn fine, it has alot of things.
Seriously though, why is the water yellow? How, in the process of constructing this scene, did the water become that way? Surely it wasn't on purpose, and if it was wouldn't they have chosen a better color? If it's from a REALLY high iron levels should they even be bathing in it?
I have so many questions

This seems like the best explanation so far.

Why wouldn't you just use bubble bath stuff like everyone else does in movies though?

Budgetary constraints. They bought bath salts for the scene, but they were repurposed for the creative process development.
