Any good, inexpensive, high velocity sniper rifles out there?

Just got back into airsoft, and before I quit my profession was sniping. Now at the time, I didn't have a very good rifle (don't remember what it was, it was atleast 2 years ago), it was only effective to about 75 feet, but I made do with it. Now that I look back, I realize how shitty it was, and that I could have done much better. So my question, facepunch, is this: where can I order a good rifle? Preferably with the specifications below:
$150-200 Price range
450-500 FPS
Adjustable hop-up
A decent scope, doesn't have to have a high magnification, just none of that "the scope is the clip" bullshit.
Bolt action
Some kind of decent plastic, none of that chinese made crap.
I don't really care what the paint looks like, it can be pink with barbie on it for all I care, I'll just spraypaint it myself. Anyway, I hope that's enough information to find me a good rifle, I used to go to an airsoft store in my location, but they closed, which is what made me quit in the first place. I don't really know of any good websites to check out, my primary site now is airgundepot, so I don't know if they have the best stuff or not.
Thanks in advance!
Honestly man I don't think you will be able to get a rifle that good with a scope also. For that price.
Ok, say I don't want the scope, I can just use one I have lying around.
JG BAR 10 w/ scope for only $130 at ASGI. I owned one of these a while back and it's a great rifle, extremely accurate in stock form and beats all the other budget sniper rifles out there. It's compatible with all VSR 10 parts, so there's plenty of springs to choose from to adjust the FPS to what you want.

And a very long guide of all the mods you can do to the JG BAR 10

Sweetness, thanks man, though I've never done a lot of mods to airsoft stuff.
Damn, assembly required, and the reviews aren't all that great, I may consider it, but I was hoping for something that didn't have a lot of construction involved, I had a bad experience with one involving a spring and my eye.
Also, how do you install other springs? I never really got around to that with any spring action guns.
Assembley required is just putting the whole assembley into the stock and screwing it in. That's it. Theres no putting the assembley together. Its just in 2 peices so the box isnt bigger then you
Ah ok, didn't realize that, I got one from some expensive site once, i had to put the whole thing together, i think it was a SCAR or something along those lines... I think it got broke in the process, I may still have it laying around here somewhere.

That's the same diameter. The number after the x refers to the diameter of the lens in mm. If you want a wider lens, go with something like a 3-9x50 or whatever you can find, but I think you'll find they're a bit more expensive.

Trust me, the BAR 10 is the best for the price. Don't listen to those reviews on ASGI, half of them are by kids who can't even figure out how to put it together.
To assemble you just drop the barrel and trigger mech into the stock and screw it down with 2 screws. Then you put the mag release lever in, easy to do but watch out for that spring when inserting it, don't want to lose it.
As for springs, you would remove the barrel and trigger mech assembly from the stock. There's a small metal lever barely sticking out of the trigger assembly on the right side. Push that down with a screwdriver. After that you pull the bolt back and it will come all the way out. Twist off the bolt/cylinder head and swap the spring. Simple.
I might just get the leapers one for main and my airosft gi one for spare.

I heard the UTG Mk96 has a hop-up malfunction, causes the BB to curve up after about 100 feet or so.
Well, not that all airsoft guns do that at some point, but I hear this is REALLY drastic, as in it goes straight up.
get new bucking and nub maybe.
Then again the UTG mk96 also has that pin issue with the bolt right? Fuck that. If that simple pin can fuck up the bolt the design is stupid.
Every mk96 gun has the pin issue from what I've heard.
But then again, if you don't have enough common sense to keep the bolt up until you have it back in place, you don't deserve to be using it.
Edit: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_113&products_id=3859 would this be good for starting again?

It has the pin issue but for mine what i did is that i loosen the bolt so it never has the problem, a double plus i might just ducktape the small dam hole. The way they design the bolt system its horrible. The lever part has a pin it but the problem is that the thing next to it ALSO has a pin which doesnt get pushed back Ill put a photo tomorrow or something.

It's the same exact gun as the MK96. They pretty much all come from the same factory, just a few tweaks here and there that you won't even notice.
I've used both the L96 series and the BAR 10. From the UTG MK96 I held and shot, I wasn't satisfied. Accuracy wasn't nearly as good as the BAR 10, even on .25g bbs. It may have more FPS but that doesn't mean shit if you can't hit your target on the first shot.
As for that hop-up issue you were talking about, it could have been the reviewer was stupid enough to put .12g bbs in it. That would cause the curving upward. I'd recommend .25g bbs or heavier for any sniper rifle.
http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_113&products_id=3859 does that have the hop up issue? It looks like a decent gun, but it looks awfully like the mk96.
I don't know, I don't own it, but I will say it's hop-up unit isn't nearly as good as the JG BAR 10. The BAR 10 uses a V type bucking, which causes 2 points of contact on the bb making the shots more consistent and accurate. The L96 doesn't have this.
And even if it does over hop, just use heavier bbs, that's what you're suppose to do at that sort of higher FPS.
I use .28 bbs i plan on buying .43 soon. For the UTG Mk96 i did try wrapping the bolt in electrical tape (don't ask) for the pin problem it did work until it ripped, it should be fine for a little while not a permanent solution so ill find some concrete glue or something
How about super gluing the ends where the pin is? That may work.

I was thinking about it, i might buy like a tape cover so it doesnt stick to the gun ill see what happens.
Well, from what you guys have been saying, I think I'm going to go with the BAR, unless someone finds a better one. I'm more looking for something that will perform well right out of the box, rather than having to mod the hell out of it to get decent performance. But the BAR looks good.
The BAR10 is the best bang for the buck sniper rifle imo
