Alright, I feel somewhat weird speaking about fitness, I can't help but feel why, but I'm going to try this out.
I've always been in that state of not fat, but not muscular type of build. And I'm not trying to sugar coat anything I'm not the strongest person in the world, but I always have that oppurtunity that if I do work out I could become real strong if I put my mind into it. So recently I got inspiration to work out and I've been doing a lot of arms and abs exercises. I'm okay with my arms and it's going pretty good so I'm not worried about that, but I really want to find the best ways to increase the strength of my abs.
So far I do,
-Crunches
-Lots of Sit-ups (Probably 30 reps every few hours)
-Air Bike (Not really, but sometimes)
-Planks (1 minute)
-Side Planks (1 minute each side)
Doing those, I'm somewhat getting there, but I really want to see if other people have other methods that may be better. Any suggestions?
dude dont just work your abs and arms, you're gonna look ridiculous and just another ottermode curlbro
also if you want to have sculpted abs you gotta get down to a low bodyfat percentage.
What I think you should do is get a gym membership and eat at a calorie surplus, get on a starting routine such as starting strength or westside for skinny bastards and then report back!

I just joined a gym yesterday, I'll start going there probably later this week when I can. Starting up the blender to make ultimate smoothies. Other then that...
Sir, yes sir!
find some 3 day split that uses compound movements as first movements. don't worry about weight the first month. just make sure you get form down. if you feel your form isn't perfect don't add more weight. might even take some kg's off.
learn the exercises and then you'll be able to go into your split hard as fuk

i went hard as fuk as a noob and did some dumbbell flies for mah pecs alone with 25kg in each arm and i fucked up my right shoulder dunno how.
so you make sure you get a spotter if things are around your 90%RM

Alright, thanks for the info.
Also, I almost had the same shoulder problem but I stopped myself before it got any worse :P
ican't say it hurts now because it only feels tender and my right shoulder gives out first, especially when i do behind the neck presses

Do you go to physical therapy?
(Sorry for getting off topic on my own topic here)

i'm trying to warm up properly and not do behind the neck shit too much, i'm mostly doing dumbell thingies where i can control the movement better
and no, i'm not doing physical therapy. that would partially help, and i don't have time for that.
my best bet is to do stretches, do some rotator cuff exercises from time to time, use deloads from time to time and never let down form for weight. i'd rather do 6 reps than do 7 and fuckup my shoulder.
(i still go hard but just to when i start to feel the shoulder doesn't want to push anymore and i don't force it too much)

perfect form usually eliminates ALL of my problems :) there are days when i can do benchpress without shit feeling like it's not responding anymore and shit
There are so many types of crunches it's not even funny. Bicycle crunches are wonderful, as well as leg reaches.

Look at his website. If not a bot, it's obviously to get us to click in to his site. Should be banned.
Mods ignored my reports :(
There is a ton
You can hold a plate of any weight on your side and lower it than just pull it back up and that will work your obliques.
As well as heel touches.
Decline Leg raises works lower abs
Hanging knee raises as well.
One of my favorite are situps on an excercise ball. It allows you to extend further and works your lower back as well.
There are just a few of the ones i cycle in and out of my ab workouts
