I fixed it I think, but I can't see what you posted
no, you posted the gif version
look at the explanitory video i put up in my previous post
use webm, never gif
gifs are awfully slow to load
How do I embed a webm? I can't see the videos in your last post
safari is a shit browser
use chrome or firefox and you'll be able to watch webm in browser
It might be. But I still don't know how to actually embed a webm that others can see. I can start doing that if I know how.

Eh. This particular creation happens to have a better video version, so I'll put that up for now. Hopefully somebody can tell me before I post my next clip.

Reply to Bitches' post (the first reply to the thread) to see how he did it.
Oh and get a better browser :v:
embed webm links with a webm tag instead of a gif tag
in the brackets

Why the heck is the code [vid] instead of [video] or [VIDEO] like the default? Why can't one do all?
I remember this from a few years ago. Has it gotten updated/improved? The solid- physics were always pretty wonky in the "solid" department.

Nope it's the same original release, except that people (mostly me) have found out how to use the game better and make crazy things like this.
The rigid-body physics are a little strange, but so is the whole game and it's nothing that can't be handled as you see. Things can be quite strong if you design them that way.

You just embedded a .gif as a .webm, meaning it obviously doesn't work.
Please check out Bitches' first reply in this thread to see how you're supposed to be doing it.
Why do you want to post webms anyways when you can't even display them in your browser?

Got it, fixed it. Thanks guys, just needed to append .webm to the address.

Because I have the original on my computer, I can watch it whenever. Also I'm trying to reach as many people as possible, if .webm is the best thing for here, I'll use it.

Just significantly upgraded the tires. Much better traction now, just crawls over everything.
You do appear to have made this

Delicate cargo! I tried to make another webm version but it turned out really messed up for some reason, Ima just post the vid this time.

As you can see I added platforms to carry stuff, and that device on the top right side is a hydraulic lock that stops the vehicle from moving, if I need.
What fluid are those trees in?
It's a sandy material that resembles dirt. In the game it's called Powder, because it's also explosive like gunpowder.

I just made another recording of the tree-mobile, from a special request. The user requested that the vehicle drop out of the air, then crawl off the side of the screen at the end. You can also see the on/off switch in action right at the beginning.

Just made a prototype fuel-injected rocket. Not very fast yet but it's the start of something new.
This one is way more satisfying.
[vid]https://giant.gfycat.com/WelllitLinearArawana.webm[/vid]
It's a two-dimensional rocket engine, pretty much like seeing a cross-section. The two green orbs are weights, that keep it pointed down and give it something to lift. The two spinning things at the top are the fuel pumps, two because a single larger one will make the whole rocket rotate. Fuel is mixed with propellant and set on fire, then blasted out the nozzle at the bottom.
This one is a much more advanced design, called the [URL="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aerospike_engine"]Aerospike[/URL].

In real life they're used because they are more efficient over a wide variety of atmospheric pressures, I made one just because it looks cool. It isn't very efficient yet, it's much weaker than the last rocket I posted.
How about a tank?

The second video isn't loading for me in Firefox, anybody else have this problem?

Appears to be a problem on GFYCat's end. I will leave it here just in case they fix it.
In the mean time here's a direct link:

What exactly are driving the wheeled contraptions? Am i seeing wrong, or is it actually supposed to be a combustion engine?
[editline]27th June 2016[/editline]
or piston driven engine, whatever.
It is a hydraulic-driven engine, the spinning things in the center generate pressure which push on the pistons. It's not the easiest trying to figure out what is connected where, so I tried to make things that are connected the same color. You can see this with each of the wheels, the blue wheel and the red wheel are connected to the crankshaft in the center. The pistons are connected by the yellow piston rods.
Just for shits and giggles, could you set one up to just be the engine, to see how fast it could actually run?
One step ahead of ya. I added a flywheel to help keep it moving and it actually got pretty fast.
That's an older version of the engine, used on the Monowheel machine.
When I get home I'll make another video, with the newer and much more powerful engine that is driving the Tank and the tree-carrying Buggy up there.
