That's not even high standard. Pretty trailers but all stuff from games already known\revealed. Monster hunter world? Shadow of Colossus? I love all that but i wanted to see more about other new videogames and stuff I guess i'll wait for PS Experience.

Doesn't help getting tired from all the VR stuff.

I don't know, last 2 times I went it was complete marketing bullshit everywhere. It's not a consumer show like Pax, it's a marketing industry show like TGS or E3, but worse. Really all you can do there is play the new big games coming out and be surrounded in game industry marketing bullshit all day.
The last year I went they hired strippers to advertise a large game, at that point it's kind of insulting and degrading. I saw some kids smash a window to steal some watches on display (GAMER WATCHES™, felt like there's more "gamer gear" being advertised there than actual games). And of course there was that time a swarm of kids smashed open the doors to play the new call of duty demo.

I went to the TGS this year and yeah there was a lot of skimpy official cosplays but at least the mood was great, they showcase a lot of indies/students games, you could actually talk to the devs etc and the marketing bullshit was limited. Idk i've really had my dose of theses shows that are entirely organised by corporations the take your money while aggressiveley marketing to you their products in very cringy ways.

This show really doesn't help gaming get a better look in France. The marketing crap is really EA level and shows the worst of the big publishers and how they see their fanbases. Unless it changed I advise all my friends against going there.
