Russia's space agency plans unmanned moon mission in 2015

Helium-3 is not present in a sufficiently high density to make extraction feasible.

We could probably extract a lot more with some kind of superconducting (expensive) collector in some Lagrange point between the Earth and the Sun (even more expensive).
