• Need help working on upper-body. Tips?

In ROTC and need some serious fucking help. I need to gain some muscle. Tips?
here's a good exercise you can do anywhere: do one pushup, get on your knees and do a shoulder press (no weights) do two pushups, get on knees and do two shoulder presses go on until you've done 10 then go back down (9, 8, etc) total: 110 pushups and 110 shoulder presses i doubt you'll be able to do it on your first try, but you will definitely feel the results!
