In ROTC and need some serious fucking help. I need to gain some muscle.
Tips?
here's a good exercise you can do anywhere:
do one pushup, get on your knees and do a shoulder press (no weights)
do two pushups, get on knees and do two shoulder presses
go on until you've done 10
then go back down (9, 8, etc)
total: 110 pushups and 110 shoulder presses
i doubt you'll be able to do it on your first try, but you will definitely feel the results!

also: overhand pull-ups with your arms just over shoulder width apart (for back)

results of whjat? what is this shit? what carry over does this have even slightly to hypertrophy / strength?

tbh i think it's general fitness (bad) since i dont think op has any way of training in a gym or something

You've got a gym at ROTC right?
Go lift weights.
Then go eat more food.
