Reguarding the mass banning via the Global Ban System. Under American Law as defined in the court case of Douglas vs Talk America, companies are REQUIRED to update consumers on the addition/changing of Terms of Service. Garrysmod has failed to do so before the Global Bans were issued.

I wanted to not bring law into the whole "Global Ban" issue, but apparently Garry is content on ignoring ban appeal emails sent to him.
