And how much time could they possibly have spent on an expansion that is nothing more than a reskin. Even the guns work exactly like crossbows in the old version.
Nothing more than a reskin and a remodel.
What's new about this. I'm sure a mod has done this before.

I just wish they'd make better animations for ladder climbing (who walks up a ladder like that?) and the ability to maybe actually carry ladders instead of having siege equipment in the same areas.

Anyway the best M&B was the M&B .903 beta.
Best mods ever:
Star wars mod
Expanded Gameplay II (best mod ever made)
Hegemony (second best)
Chronicles of Talera
Sword of Damocles
etc...
Eh fuck it I'm a huge fan of Mount and Blade and although this could've been done in a mod, it wasn't. It includes an entirely new campaign, new world map and everything so I'll gladly spend $15 on it and hope for a M&B:2

Mount and Blade is a great game.
I've spent so much time on Warband singleplayer, but even more on cRPG. I bought Warband for $15 and have got like 300 hours on it. This is a sure buy for me
now if only pre-orders would open up on steam

The game's great but really at this point its kind of ridiculous that they haven't done anything with the graphics yet.

Also, i hope they balanced two handed weapons. They rape your shield in like 2 seconds, you can get one shot by them and somehow their attack speed is faster than 1 handed weapons.
I cant wait for a new engine but i think ill have too :/
