So I got a 50$ American express card. I use the card to buy 30$ worth of crap, then plugged it into Paypal, then removed it a bit later. Now, I can't buy anything. Furthermore, I have weird payments from paypal:
(The ones from today are ones from when i tried to buy minecraft, and the ones from the 1st is where I first had this problem, also buying minecraft.)

Yeah, but the now I can't use it on steam anymore because paypal fucked up.
It's happened to me before. When it happened to me it was some shit about verifying if it was a real money-holding account and it would transfer 1 dollar and then take it back to check. I don't know if its the same in this case though.
