Is it actually still that buggy after Patch 1.04? Thinking of buying it ...

Nah, if it even is after Patch 1.04, he was probably actively trying to find/create bugs for this video.

I watched my friend play this yesterday on xbone. I have to say, it's still really buggy. In less than an hour of gameplay, his horse was cloned, people popped in and out of existance, minimap thought we were inside while being outside, stuff like that.

have yet to get any of those bugs in the PC version at 33 hours. literally the only bug i got was an execution causing a enemy's lifeless body flying into space.
Only bug I've really encountered was riding my horse in mid-air, and that's because I was purposefully nearing the edge of the entire map so I'd be forced to teleport out.

You have a serious hard-on for letting people know you think this game is shit
The only bug after playing 25-30 hours of the game was seeing a horse having a horse having a horse in it - a trihorse, you would say.
The best bugs I've come across have been with roach.

Whether roach is wandering into the dialogue view and merging with people, or freezing in the air he always manages to make me laugh. And I guess that's why he's such a good sidekick
Great game so far though, I'm honestly surprised I haven't seen more bugs.
Still running 1.02 and I'm 60+ hours in with no bugs, lol.

Well yeah some random guy on youtube said it so it must be true.
I've had a good number of bugs with sliding off of things and getting stuck between mount/slide animations. Got genuinely stuck a few times, but otherwise I just ran around with bugged animations for a minute or two. Usually they all vanished the instant I got into combat.

Will you ever stop acting like your opinions are facts?

Honestly there are some bugs in the game but it's such a good freaking game it doesn't even bother me.

I've seen maybe 3 critics seriously attack this game. Even WAB only attacked the game for not being "Open world" enough for him, and having combat he didn't enjoy but admitted it was an otherwise good game.
Acting what? I enjoy a game, you think this is impossible, why you think that, and why you think you know well enough to make that decision for other people is way beyond me. You're right, we shouldn't speak any further, but mainly because i'm tired of you putting words in my mouth and acting like you have an opinion no one can dispute.
I had 60+ hours in the game so far. No bugs that would affect my playthrough. People really try hard to look for bugs and execute them on purpose in different games overall. I'm still surprised the game isn't even more buggy due to how big it is and how many programs execute and work within. They will fix these things in time still.

Roach is the only bug I've came across. Geddit?!
Really though, Roach is pretty damn buggy, but that's been about it for me.

Then you're the luckiest man alive.
While I've not run into any problematic bugs, I've certainly seen a fair share of visual glitches.
Thankfully though, I don't give a shit.
I haven't had many bugs either. My issue is the difficulty of the game. Even on the lowest difficulty I can't manage to kill drowners. I feel helplessly underprepared to play this game. Morrowind is easier to play than this.
Has been pretty buggy for me. Only played it for a couple hours and it crashed twice.
Only had one bug that you wouldn't expect in general. When I was fighting the griffon it flew up to a windmill and immediately T-Posed until I got close to it.

I think the PC release is more stable than Console. Most reviews which were on console talk about AI bugs, loading times, glitches and stuff. I got 65hours in the game and the most I saw is roach not coming when I called.

I won't tell you you're bad at it, but I will say you're probably just playing it wrong. Be sure to prepare before combat, check durability on items, have food or potions ready by meditating. Learn to dodge and roll and time attacks as well as using Signs to complement your attacks.
haven't had any big bugs but something hilarious did happen at the very start of the game when yennefer finds geralt. they're all having a very serious conversation when in the background a goose keeps running in and out of the inn flailing its wings around

I don't consider myself to be very good at video games in general, but on the 2nd lowest difficulty I haven't really encountered any opponents (within my level range) that I couldn't take on. Took two tries on the [sp]griffin[/sp], and I've died to a group of drowners who were a couple of levels higher, but I haven't had any trouble within White Orchard. Maybe it gets much harder later on (would make sense), but I'd probably go back and do the tutorial again if you're having trouble on the lowest setting.

For a shit game I've been having more fun with it than games that are supposed to be good.
