She decapitates the wolf, who was going to rape her in an extremely brutal way. It's obvious that the wolf is a sadist, but the pig was actually sort of hospitable (as far as one could be when your guest is locked in a room, chained to the wall). In essence, the wolf was going to get that catgirl out of the frying pan and into the fucking sun.
