Ahh, I see it still has that classic Oblivion charm "work, work, work, keeps my hands busy" x10
They've improved it a lot since the last video
It still pretty much looks like a straight port, I'm really hoping they'll rework the visual art and the level of detail like they did with Skywind.
that shot of the ayleid ruins and the forest was beautiful [sp]work work work keeps my hands busy[/sp] are they going to rework equipment? was never a fan of Oblivions armor design.
Oblivion was my first Elder Scrolls game, and my first RPG. Lots of fond memories from it; it's definitely my favorite Elder Scrolls game. Probably put around a thousand hours into the Xbox 360 version alone, and countless more in the PC version once I got my first gaming rig. I don't know what it is about Oblivion, but it has a charm to it that Skyrim lacks. I would definitely play the crap out of this if/when it's released.

The Oblivion world appears harmless in its lush rolling green hills and beautiful shrines. Quests and stories in Oblivion at times are deceptively innocent just like the environment. Then there is Skyrim which is a rugged, bleak, dangerous world filled with more bandits than there are peasants and more Draugr than there are blades of grass. Not only in its environments but then it how it chose to create quests and tell its stories. I would love to play Oblivion on Skyrim's engine.
I forget people actually play with a gross cursor even when using a sword
I hope they can nail the AI routine from Oblivion. They really watered it down in Skyrim, I loved how everyone had a day to day schedule from breakfast to bed, really made the world feel alive when you'll see regulars in a pub or a familiar face out hunting.
