This was done on the Adult Swim Streams show Bloodfeast, formerly know as Crosswords, for the Super Bowl. This started as a short, improvised song for last years World Series called Baseball, which was made up on the spot apparently.
Just for the record, Bloodfeast is supposed to be weird performance theater disguised as a show where the hosts try to solve daily puzzles with help from viewers, who either call in or give answers via chat.
